This cancellation policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for the fees paid for the internship program through the Platform. Under this policy:
- No Refund Policy: Once the fees are paid for the internship program, participants are not eligible for any refunds.
- Program Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that NCode Sutram for Artificial Intelligence Pvt Ltd cancels the internship program, participants will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed after subtracting the commission charges deducted by the payment gateway.
- Payment Gateway Fees: Any fees charged by the payment gateway for processing the initial transaction will not be refunded. Only the net amount received by NCode Sutram for Artificial Intelligence Pvt Ltd will be considered for refund in case of program cancellation by the organizer.
- Force Majeure: In case of cancellation due to events beyond the control of NCode Sutram for Artificial Intelligence Pvt Ltd (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), the company will not be liable to provide any refund.
By paying the fees and enrolling in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
